Clinical Details
The massive internal bleeding forms a palpable, hard, and painful lump of clotted blood deep inside the muscle. This hematoma feels like a rock under the skin and acts as a physical blockage within the tissue. It can take weeks or months for the body to fully reabsorb this dense clot.
