Ache or sharp pain localized to the top or side of the foot.
Clinical Details
Acute, throbbing pain is felt precisely over the broken bone, intensifying rapidly after the injury. The pain is severely aggravated by standing, walking, or bearing any body weight on the affected foot. Palpating the top of the foot produces a sharp, localized pain response.
