Intense discomfort in the lower abdomen or pelvic region.
Clinical Details
The patient experiences severe, acute pain in the groin, hip, or lower back immediately following the trauma. The pain is severely exacerbated by any movement of the legs or attempting to sit up. Palpation of the pelvic bones by a medical professional will elicit extreme tenderness.
