A condition in which the male testes produce little or no testosterone.
Clinical Details
The extra X chromosome directly impairs the development and function of the testes, leading to reduced testosterone levels. This hormonal deficiency causes delayed or incomplete puberty, less facial and body hair, and reduced muscle mass.
