Abnormally large testicles in males, typically apparent after puberty.
Clinical Details
This is a physical hallmark of the syndrome found in the vast majority of post-pubescent males with the condition. While the exact biological mechanism linking the missing FMRP protein to testicular overgrowth is complex, it is a consistent clinical finding.
