Non-caseating Granulomas
Distinctive clusters of inflammatory cells without central necrosis, characteristic of sarcoid tissue involvement.
Description
A flexible tube with a camera is passed through the mouth or nose into the airways. Small forceps are deployed through the tube to collect tissue samples from the lung parenchyma.
